SEARCH

Use the Pre-Defined categories on ASPEN Home Page (CLick "House" icon in top menu bar) 

OR

Use the Drop-Down in Search Menu to define by; Keyword, Author, etc.

Remember to always look for a Scroll Bar or More Tabs in results - may be more info

By DEFAULT, the system will always show results found in FML FIRST (Blue tab above)

If you do not see exactly what you want - Click the "ALL LIBRARIES" tab

(Example: Search for The Help - results show all available @ FML, but you want the DVD

CLICK "ALL LIBRARIES" tab, scroll the results and you see the DVD is available to "Hold"

HOLD

* HOLDS on"NEW" Items are restricted to FML collection

** HOLDS are NOT ALLOWED on PASSES - call for availability

Click Item Jacket you want to HOLD  

If item is not new - CLICK HOLD & the magic begins on our end - you will be notified of pick-up

If our NEW ITEM (available or not) - go ahead and Place HOLD - you will be notified of pick-up

---  Click MORE INFO then click "SHOW ALL COPIES"

--- You will see # of copies currently (or will be) available Consortia Wide   

GO FOR IT - PLACE THAT HOLD!
